My Massage Services
Personally, I feel it is more important to customize each client's massage experience, incorporating a variety of modalities based on their individualized needs at that time. This gives me the flexibility to add or change modalities as needed to start healing mind, body, and soul as a whole. Sessions may include any of the following.
Pure Relaxation to Deep Tissue/Trigger Therapy
Each client controls their level of tissue manipulation, based on their current needs. Whether it is for pure relaxation, deep tissue work, Trigger Point Therapy, energy balancing, or a combination of these, my approach allows for flexibility in any of these modalities during a session. In my experience, this is a far more effective way to help activate the natural healing processes in each client's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being.
Hand Crafted Botanical Infused Massage Oils
Each session includes massage oils personally hand crafted from non-GMO, organic botanicals, many of them grown right here on our farm, and infused in a skin-loving, sweet almond oil base. These custom made oils provide an additional layer of therapy that has been shown to help relax tension and aid in pain management. These products are also available for purchase in our shop for continued benefits after session.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy penetrates warm heat into tense muscles to loosen tissue and allow deeper manipulation while increasing circulation to help alleviate aches and pains. I've found using the stones at the beginning of the session allows me to manipulate tissue quicker with longer lasting results.
