A NOTE ON ESSENTIAL OILS
The essential oils used in this blend are safe for pregnancy and only lightly added at a 0.5-1% dilution. They do offer some wonderful added benefits though, so we felt they were important additions.
Mandarin - uplifting and gives a brightness to the oil. It is also specifically used in pregnancy for stretchmark prevention.
Geranium - balancing for both skin and mood, and helps maintain skin elasticity and soothe dryness.
Frankincense - deeply grounding, sacred and supportive for expectant mamas.
