Fresh Raspberries and cherry wood smoked jalapenos


This rather delicious offering combines the juice from our garden-grown raspberries - pressed to extract the same flavor you would get if you ate the berries right from the cane, with jalapenos, also grown in our garden, and smoked with cherry wood, to create a very mellow, non-traditional chipotle. When these two great tastes come together they remind us of Jessica Rabbit; Hot, full-bodied, smoky, and just a little sweeter than you’d think.


    Raspberry juice, Smoked Jalapenos, Honey, Pectin


    Jelly: Net weight - 3.8oz (107g). Serving size: 1 Tbsp. Servings per container: 8. Refrigerate after opening.

    Syrup: Net weight - 8fl oz (236ml). Serving Size: 1 Tbsp. Servings per container: 16. Refrigerate after opening.



    • Mix jelly with your favorite BBQ sauce and brush on chicken, pork, etc.
    • Blend jelly with cream cheese or goat cheese for the best-dressed charcuterie board.
    • Mix jelly in with ricotta cheese and fill cannoli shells for a sweet-heat treat.
    • Serve jelly 'neat' with crackers, cheese slices, or toast... buttered or not.


    • Spice up your mimosa or martini by adding a drizzle of the syrup. Or, blend into your favorite daiquiri or margarita.
