Tart, green apples and fresh ginger root.


Our Green Apple and Ginger pairing will make you wonder what you will have to do to get more! We don’t grow the apples but, we know the guy who does; his name is Greg. Greg grows his apples in Minnesota, without herbicides or pesticides, which we like, A LOT, and you should too. We take the juice from his apples and we blend it with the juice from fresh ground and pressed ginger, giving it a unique flavor that can be used as a glaze on pork loins, mixed into stuffing, or put into your favorite tea!


    Green Apple juice, ginger juice, honey, pectin, lemon juice.


    Jelly: Net weight - 3.8oz (107g). Serving size: 1 Tbsp. Servings per container: 8. Refrigerate after opening.

    Syrup: Net weight - 8fl oz (236ml). Serving Size: 1 Tbsp. Servings per container: 16. Refrigerate after opening.



    • Use the jelly as a topper to you cream cheese/goat cheese and crackers or Lox bagels.
    • Inject jelly into apple muffins, or spread over top.
    • Use jelly as a wrap for your 3-2-1 smoked brisket.


    • Add syrup to apple juice, cider, or lemonade for a zesty kick.
    • Use syrup as a dressing over fresh picked greens, or in your favorite Asian coleslaw recipe.
    • Use syrup as a marinade for pork chops, pork loin - bag and freeze to tenderize and infuse with flavor.
    • Brush syrup over salmon, tuna or swordfish.
