Dive into practical, down-to-earth ways to work with plant allies and essential oils for protection in everyday life. We’ll explore locally grown herbs, easily found essential oils, as well as powerful allies that might already be in your kitchen cabinet. This class is designed to give you a solid foundation of knowledge on different types of protective boundaries—energetic, emotional, and environmental—and how to choose and use each one with confidence and care. You'll also craft your own protective talisman, smudge bundle, and/or clearing spray to take home, infused with your personal intention.
We’re also thrilled to welcome Penny Stadick as a guest teacher for this workshop! Penny will be sharing her expertise on using essential oils for protection and energy clearing. She’s a Clinical Aromatherapist Practitioner, Herbalist, and the owner of Herbz and Spicez Apothecary in West Fargo.
