About the Event
On Day 1 – Foundations of Plant Magic, we’ll explore the gardens with a more practiced eye, learning not just what plants do, but why. Through a guided plant listening practice, campers will begin developing their intuition and connection with the natural world. Students will start building their Grimoire of Knowledge, documenting plant properties, folklore, and recipes, and begin pressing plants for a final art project.
On Day 2 – Crafting Intentional Potions, we’ll focus on the fundamentals of potion-making—how to choose the right herbs, combine them with purpose, and understand different preparation methods like infusions and blends. Campers will create a Focus Potion and design their own custom blends at a Tea Bar, formulating a personalized herbal tea to take home and add to their Grimoires.
