"Second years” camp is for students ages 9-13. Here we’ll learn more in-depth information about these helpful plants, as well as the science behind the “potion”, and create a few herbal crafts and remedies to take home.

About the Event
Day 1 – Introduction and Exploration
Kick off our potions camp by exploring the gardens for magical and medicinal plants, uncovering the rich history of potion-making along the way. Campers will create a Grimoire of Knowledge to document their discoveries, information on plant properties, and recipes. Plus, they'll learn how to press and preserve herbs for a creative art project on Day 3!
Day 2 – Potion Fundamentals
Today we’ll dive into the fundamentals of potion making, learning essential techniques for creating various kinds of potion infusions...and when to use them. We'll also create a 'Calming Elixir' potion, and a 'Focus Potion' to add to our Grimoires.
Day 3 – The Art of Potions Making
Today we explore the art of crafting potions - what to do and what not to do to make our potions effective. We'll also make a personalized blend of 'Mystic Dust' to add to ou…
